Daphnia: 48h EC50: 30 mg/L (reference 6.1.3-1).

Biodegradation: inherently biodegradable, 59.4 % after 28 days (reference 5.2.1 -1).

Conclusion on classification

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Based on the data above, the substance has not to be classified for short-term (acute), but on long-term (chronic) aquatic toxicity as aquatic chronic 2 (H411) according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), as amended for the twelfth time in Regulation (EU) 2019/521.
