The test substance is inherently biodegradable (54% over 56 days) and in view of the very low water solubility, no hydrolysis study could be performed. The logPow is indicative for bioaccumulative properties, but resin acids and derivatives were shown to be not bioaccumulating. No experimental data on logKoc are available. For risk assessment the logKoc is set at 3.9 as calculated by EUSES based on the logPow of 5.85 (QSAR for esters, TGD part III chapter 4.3).
