Description of key information

The temperature dependence of the vapor pressure of Canrenone was determined with the Knudsen effusion method using a vapor pressure balance in the temperature range 117 -157 °C. The following vapor pressures were calculated for 20°C, 25°C and 30°C using a semilogarithmic linear regression based on the Antoine equation:
P20 = 8.4 · 10-12 Pa
P25 = 2.7 · 10-11 Pa
P30 = 8.3 · 10-11 Pa
