No flash to boiling (±84°C) was reported.

Justification for classification or non-classification
GeCl4 has a No flash to boiling (±84°C) and according to the CLP category criteria, no classification is needed. GeCl4 is non flammable
cat 1: Flash point < 23°C and initial boiling point ≤ 35°C
cat 2: Flash point < 23°C and initial boiling point > 35°C
cat 3: Flash point ≥ 23°C and ≤ 60°C (1)
(1) For the purpose of this Regulation gas oils, diesel and light heating oils having a flash point between ≥ 55°C and ≤ 75°C may be regarded as Category 3.
