Additional information

From Episuite v4.11 (Ecosar v1.11) QSAR class acrylamides. There are two other studies available, both based on the OECD TG 203 protocol. One with as test species Onchorhyncus mykiss giving an LC50 (96h) of 75 mg/l (performed in 1990 on behalf of American Cyanamid). And one with as test species Oryzias latipes giving an LC50 (96h) of 60 mg/l (performed in 2006 by the Japanese Governement). Finally there is another QSAR available from Episuite v4.11 (Ecosar v1.11) for sweet water fish only with a value of 37.041 mg/l. Since none of the reported studies will be used for the determination of the PNEC, only the lowest short term toxicity to fish has been reported here.
