Key study: The estimated 48 -h LC50 for Daphnia is 122.877 mg/l (ECOSAR v1.1, esters).

Key study: The estimated 48 -h LC50 for Daphnia is 172.721 mg/l (ECOSAR v1.1, amides).

Short-term toxicity to algae and cyanobacteria: Two different key studies are available:

Key study: The estimated 96 -h EC50 for algae and cyanobacteria is 54.515 mg/l (ECOSAR v1.1, esters).

Key study: The estimated 96 -h EC50 for algae and cyanobacteria is 4.131 mg/l (ECOSAR v1.1, amides).

Since the most restrictive short-term toxicity to algae and cyanobacteria data available is the estimated 96 h EC50 equals to 4.131 mg/l, the substance has been classified for Aquatic Chronic Category 2.
