Specific details on test material used for the study:
Test Item: FAT 21021/E TE Lot. 72 (Thailand)
Test procedure:
burning rate test: preliminary screening test
Remarks on result:
substance does not ignite and propagate combustion either by burning with flame or smouldering along 200 mm of the powder train within the 2 minutes test period

Findings:

Safety Pre-Test:

A small amount of the test item was heated on a magnesia groove with a gas burner. Glowing was observed. The test item showed no signs of ignition.

Preliminary screening test:

The test item was heated with the flame of a teclu burner. Glowing was observed during heating. No ignition occurred within two minutes.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
FAT 21021/E should be considered as not highly flammable.
Executive summary:

This study was performed in order to determine the flammability FAT 21021/E. The following findings were noted:

Safety Pre-Test: A small amount of the test item was heated on a magnesia groove with a gas burner. Glowing was observed. The test item showed no signs of ignition.

Preliminary screening test: The test item was heated with the flame of a teclu burner. Glowing was observed during heating. No ignition occurred within two minutes. As no ignition was observed during the screening test. Hence, FAT 21021/E should be considered as not highly flammable.
