Additional information

A literature review was conducted. In a weight of evidence approach these literature values were evaluated. The REAXYS database reports two independent values. The density was determined to be 0.7804 (Karaev at al 1994) and 0.7795 g/mL at 20 °C (Trofimova, B. A. et al. 1982) and using 4°C water as reference. In addition the CRC Handbook reports the density to be 0.7888 g/mL at 20 °C. All 3 independent values are in the same range and therefore regarded as reliable. A relative density of 0.7888 was chosen as key value as it was from the most recent publication.
