Additional information

A study on the adsorption potential of the test substance is not available. However, in accordance with Annex VIII, Column 2 a study on adsorption / desorption does not need to be conducted since based on the PC parameters of the substance adsorption is not expected. The test substance belongs to the substance category of Phthalocyanines. As all substances of the Phthalocyanines resemble in structure as well as physical and chemical properties (e.g. CAS 59160 -79 -1: water solubility 0.003 -0.008 µg/L, solubility in octanol 0.9 -1.1 mg/L resulting in a logPow of 2.1 to 2.5; CAS 147 -14 -8: water solubility 0.004-0.009 mg/l, solubility in octanol 0.0001-0.0004 mg/l resulting in a logPow of -1.39; CAS 1328-53-6: water solubility 0.001-0.003 mg/l, solubility in octanol 0.0004 mg/l resulting in a logPow of -0.88) adsorption of the test substance is not expected.
