Key study: The determination of the oxidizing properties of the test substance was performed according to EU Method A.21 (GLP study). Test item has not oxidizing properties in accordance with test A.21 criteria since the 1:1 mixture, by mass, of the substanceand cellulose did not ignite spontaneously, and cellulose exhibited the mean pressure rise time higher than the mean pressure rise time of the 1:1 mixture, by mass, of 65 % (w/w) aqueous nitric(V) acid and cellulose.

Based on the available information, the substance is not classified according to CLP Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008.
