Description of key information
No data on terrestrial toxicity is available for DOTG because terrestrial toxicity testings are not required under the Annex VIII of REACh.
According to the guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment - chapter R10: characterisation of dose [concentration]-response for environment (ECHA 2008), in the absence of any ecotoxicological data for terrestrial organisms, the PNECs soil may be provisionally calculated using the equilibrium partitioning method (EPM), following the chapter R16: Environmental exposure estimation. All RCR are below 1.
