A product containing 30% resin acids and rosin acids, fumarated, compds. with triethanolamine was tested in a study conducted in accordance with DIN 38412, part 8 (Koller-Kreime and Kohl, 1990). Concentrations ranging from 10 to 1000 mg/L nominal load were tested with Pseudomonas putida for 16 h. As no growth inhibition at all tested concentrations was noted, NOEC was estimated to be >=1000 mg/L for the product (equals 300 mg/L active).
