Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Recovery for recycling is not feasible.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Not applicable.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not recommended.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Recommended method at a suitable facility using temperatures

of 1000 deg C. Waste gas treatment to remove oxides of

nitrogen and sulfur should be fitted. (A661)

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Some degradation by an abiotic mechanism, possibly

photodegradation may occur, but disposal by this method is

not recommended.

Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance will only enter the public domain in the form
