First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove from exposure, rest and keep under observation.

Emergency measure - Eyes: Wash eyes thoroughly with water; if irritation persists,

refer for medical attention.

Emergency measure - Skin: Wash skin thoroughly with water.

Emergency measure - Ingestion: Wash out mouth thoroughly with water and give water to

drink. If a large amount is swallowed, refer for medical

attention.

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: Use any conventional fire extinguisher. Toxic fumes (eg

carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides) and black smoke may be

evolved if the substance is involved in a fire.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Sweep up and incinerate with an adequate supply of air.

Handling and storage

Handling: Wear gloves, goggles and face mask. Weigh out and add to

solution make-up tank under local exhaust ventilation.

Storage: Store in closed drums.
