First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove the person from exposed area to fresh air area
immediately. Should pyrolysis smokes be inhaled

Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance is not use as raw material but only inglobated
as additive in the flame retarded polymer. Therefore no
recovery of the substance as such is expected.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: All waste streams including residual from the cleaning
procedure of the empty container, residuals from cleaning
the reactor, are collected, stored and then sent to a
qualified external company for disposal. All material will
be incinerated.

MHB or its residuals as well as all plastic drums and bags
used to transport/store it.
