Clinical signs:
A slightly ruffled fur was noted in all animals from the 1- hour up to the 3-hours (three animals) or 4-hours (remaining three animals) post-dose. Watery feces were recorded at the 5-hour reading in three animals. All animals showed violet stainded feces from the 5-hours post-dose up to test day 3.
Body weight:
The body weight was within the range commonly recorded for this strain and age.
Gross pathology:
No macroscopic findings were recorded at necropsy.
