Additional information

The determination of the surface tension of an aqueous test substance solution was performed in accordance with the EEC-Directive 92/69 EEC, A.5 "Surface tension" (1992) and OECD guideline no. 115: "Surface tension of aqueous solutions" (1995)". The surface tension of an aqueous test substance solution at 1.05 g/L is 72.8 mN/m at a temperature of measurement of 20.0 ± 0.5 °C. Based on the criteria as outlined in the EEC guideline, 1-ETHYL-3-METHYL IMIDAZOLIUM ETHYLSULFATE is not surface active
