EC number: 406-040-9 | CAS number: 125643-61-0
pKa= 12.4 at 25°C(calculated)
The dissociation constant was calculated according to D.D.Perrin et al, Chapman & Hall 1981.
The test compound is, due to its high log P of 9 (calc.), extremely little soluble in water (< 3*10-5 g/L, see report on water solubility).
Thus an experimental determination of the dissociation constant is not possible. Even with an organic modifier the pKa value would
be highly unreliable since at the high percentage of modifier required, the measured pK* could easily deviate by up to 2 pK units from the true value.
As the calculated pKa value yields above 10 and the extremely poor aqueous solubility, the substance would be undissociated under normal environmental conditions.
