Details on results:
Comments: All concentrations are expressed in terms of measured concentration. Measured concentrations ranged from 10 - 64% of nominal at 0 hours, 0 - 64% of nominal at 24 hours, 0 - 45% of nominal at 48 hours, 47 - 55% of nominal at 72 hours and 25 - 28% of nominal at 96 hours. Despite the use of a dynamic test design, it was not possible to maintain nominal concentrations at a steady state level.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
EC50 at 48 hrs is 2.5 mg/l under test conditions. Measured concnetrations ranged from 53 - 121% of nominal at 0 hours and 0 - 19% at 48 hours. Nominal concentrations could not be maintained in the study.
