Additional information

Algal growth rate short-term is the lowest EC50 and therefore is the POD for the aquatic PNECs. As only short-term studies so the highest AF were used. For PNEC STP the NOEC was reported and therefore used for POD. AF standard default of 10 was used as NOEC used as POD. For PNEC sediment freshwater and marine water used the RHOcomp for sediment (RHOsediment of 1300) and for PNECsoil used RHOsoil of 1700 both from the February 2016 ECHA guidance R16.

Conclusion on classification

Aquatic Chronic category 3 based on Algal growth rate EC50 of 83 mg/L and lack of biodegradation.
