Results and discussion

Results:
The test item was stored underwater saturated air, at 55°C for 14 days. Exposed and unexposed samples were analyzed by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Infra Red (IR) spectroscopy, and Gas Chromatography (GC).
The results indicate that the test item is stable under the test conditions. The main component was by far dominant in both the exposed and unexposed samples. The exposed samples showed adsorption of water and a slight reduction of the volatile components. These physical changes are due to the test conditions, namely, 55°C heating and water saturated air atmosphere, and are not indicative of decomposition. There was no evidence of degradation or transformation in the exposed samples.
Transformation products:
no
