Test conditions

Details on test conditions:
In the main-test the concentrations of 18, 31, 56, 100, 177, 316, 562 and
1000 mg FAT 92488/A/1 were tested (factor 1.78). Four replicates per test variant were
investigated.
The physico-chemical measured values of dilution water with a pH of 7.60 (start) and
7.47 (end), an oxygen concentration of 8.7 mg/1 (start) and 8.6 mg/1 (end) and temperatures
of 20.8 °C (start) and 20.1 °C (end) corresponded to the methodical requirements.
The results of the main-test are shown on the following page.
The acute immobilization of the test substance FAT 92488/A to Daphnia is very low at the tested
concentrations up to 1000 mg/1.
