Description of key information

In an OECD 202 study after 48 hours there was no effect up to the highest test concentration of 400 mg/L.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Fresh water invertebrates

Fresh water invertebrates
Effect concentration:
400 mg/L

Additional information

The key value has to be understood as > 400 mg/L as there was no effect up to the highest test concentration of 400 mg/L.

The substance is an UVCB and no information about the correlation between molecular weight and the structural formula of the test item are available, Water Accommodated Fractions (WAFs) were used to test effects at different effective loadings. The content of the water soluble fractions of the test item during the exposure period was verified by HPLC analysis and UV/VIS-detection.
