Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

For the substance "reaction mass of 2-Piperazin-1-ylethanol and Piperazine-1,4-diethanol and Piperazine" the testing of Pow is scientifically unjustified:

In Chapter R.7a the HPLC method is described as ideal for the determination of Kow of complex mixtures, but the HPLC method is not recommended for strong bases. Therefore the log Pow of "reaction mass of 2 -piperazin-1-ylethanol and piperazine-1,4-diethanol and piperazine" is described with the log Pows from the components.

For the main components 2 -piperazin-1-ylethanol CAS 103-76-4, piperazine-1,4-diethanol CAS 122-96-3 and piperazine CAS 110-85-0 scientifically acceptable BASF studies are available.
