The vapour pressure of the substance was determined mainly by QSAR calculation with MPBPWIN (v1.43) for the single components. For the main components the vapour pressure of 1.58E-14 Pa for closed form of isomaltulose, CAS 13718-94-0, and closed form trehalulose, CAS 51411-23-5, was deduced to be lower than 1E-05 Pa. The highest vapour pressure (0.00000555 Pa) was determined for fructose (CAS 57-48-7) but this vapour pressure is as well below 1E-05 Pa.
