Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
The NOEC (EC0) of ADCSF for Pseudimonas putida was determined as 160 mg/L
Executive summary:

The inhibitory effect of ADCSF to Pseudomonas putida was determined by comparison of cell multiplication at various test concentrations (160.0, 80.0, 40.0, 20.0, 10.0 and 5.0 mg/L) over a test period of 16 hours.None of the applied test concentrations led to a clear cell multiplication inhibition. On the contrary, a growth-stimulating effect was observed with increasing concentration of the test substance. Based on these data it was not possible to calculate the EC50 values. The NOEC (EC0) was therefore 160 mg/L
