Description of key information
A number of results are available from several studies regarding the effects of charcoal on birds. All available data indicate that the charcoal inclusion in the diet has no adverse effect on birds and on the contrary in most of the cases the addition of charcoal in bird’s diet has a beneficial impact on birds’ health.

A number of results are available from several studies regarding the effects of charcoal on birds. More specifically, all the available studies shown that no adverse effects on birds were observed when they received diets supplemented with charcoal. On the contrary in most of the cases the addition of charcoal in diet has beneficial effects on birds.
