Acute tests on Daphnia and algae were performed to examine the aquatic toxicity of Aminopropyl Vinyl Ether. Acute test on Daphnia magna reveals an EC50 (48h) > 100 mg/l. The most sensitive aquatic organism is the algae (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata), which reveal an EC50 (72h) of 38.2 mg/l and EC10 (72h) of 7.93 mg/l. Due to these results the submitted substance is considered as acutely harmful for aquatic organisms
