Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Remarks:
The measured concentrations confirmed that deviation from the nominal concentrations was less than 20 %.
Conclusions:
The long-term toxicity of aquatic intvertebrates (Daphnia magna) of 3-chloroaniline was determined under semi-static conditions. After 21 days exposure period a LC50 of 0.16 mg/L and an EC50 og 0.12 mg/L were measured, and a NOEC of 0.0032 mg/L and a LOEC of 0.010 mg/L was calculated.
