Conclusions:
The acute toxicity to fish (Oryzias latipes) was tested under semi-static conditions. After 96 hours of exposure a LC50 of 8.79 mg/L was observed.
Executive summary:

The acute toxicity to fish (Oryzias latipes) was tested under semi-static conditions. The study was concucted in accordance to the OECD guideline 203 "Fish, Acute Toxicity Test" (1992). The following nominal concentrations of 3-chloroaniline were tested: 1.0, 1.8, 3.2, 5.6, 10, 18 and 32 mg/L. After 96 hours of exposure a LC50 of 8.79 mg/L was determined.
