Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- This study reports a 72-h EC50 of 14 mg S2-/L based on cell multiplication inhibition data for the flagellate protozoan Entosiphon sulcatum. It is not clear whether sulfide concentrations were measured or not. Moreover only the initial pH was reported. Consequently, the reported EC50 cannot be recalculated to the corresponding H2S concentration in a reliable way.
