Treat symptomatically and supportively.

Fire-fighting measures

General Information:

As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear. During a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion.

Suitable extinguishing media: Water fog, Foam, Dry chemical powder.

Unsuitable extinguishing media for safety reasons: High-pressure water jet.

The following can be given off in a fire: The CO, CO2, NOx can be given off.

Special protective equipment: Good firefighting practice dictates the use of self-contained breathing apparatus and turnout gear.

Further information: Contaminated extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Accidental release measures

Personal precautions:

1.Removal of ignition sources.

2.Provision for sufficient ventilation.

3.Respiratory protection.

4.Prevention of skin and eye contact.

Further information: None.

Environmental precautions:

1.Keep away from drains, surface and groundwater and soil.

2.To alert the neighborhood.

Methods for cleaning up:

Take up with absorbent ,inert material(e.g. sand)and place in suitable and close container for disposal.
