Description of key information
Under the conditions of this study, the partition coefficient of the test material has been determined to be in the range 1.87 x 10⁵ to 7.56 x 10⁸. The log10 Pow value is in the range 5.27 to 8.88. The weight average log10 Pow was calculated to be 6.75.

The key study was conducted in line with GLP and the standardised guidelines OECD 117 and EU Method A.8. It was assigned a reliability score of 1 in accordance with the criteria detailed by Klimisch (1997).
The partition coefficient of the test material was investigated using the HPLC method.
The partition coefficient was determined by comparison of its elution time from a reverse-phase column with those of standard reference materials.
Under the conditions of this study, the partition coefficient of the test material has been determined to be in the range 1.87 x 10⁵ to 7.56 x 10⁸. The log10 Pow value is in the range 5.27 to 8.88. The weight average log10 Pow was calculated to be 6.75.
