Description of key information
In accordance with the Column 2 adaptation of Annex VII of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), it is considered justified to omit the test for surface tension (required under point 7.6) as the water solubility of the substance is considered to be less than 1 mg/L.
Furthermore, in accordance with Section 2 of Annex XI of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), it is also considered justified to omit the test on the basis that testing is not technically possible. It was determined that due to the nature of the substance, it could not be fully removed from an aqueous sample and as such the test could not be conducted.
