Additional information

A literature review was conducted. In a weight of evidence approach the literature values were evaluated. HSDB, GESTIS database and IPCS International Programme on Chemical Safety reports that 2-chlorobenyaldehyde is a liquid at 20 °C. Three independent literature sources report that 2-chlorobenyaldehyde is a liquid. The value from HSDB which is a peer reviewed database was chosen as key parameter for the appearance.
