Description of key information

The ready biodegradation was assessed according to the OECD 301C MITI biodegradation test in compliance with GLP. The substance was assessed over a 28 -day exposure period in the presence of a standard sewage sludge inoculum alongside an aniline standard. The test substance achieved 0% biodegradation and no detected chemical change after 28 days. The substance is not readily biodegradable and is considered to be persistent in the aquatic environment.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Biodegradation in water:
under test conditions no biodegradation observed
