Description of key information

There was no evidence of carcinogenic activity in rats and mice receiving test material via food.

Justification for classification or non-classification

There are conclusive but not sufficient data for classification of the substance with regard to carcinogenicity.

The substance is not classified for this endpoint in accordance to Directive 67/548/EEC or the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008

Additional information

The application of the test material to rats and mice via food over a period of 103 weeks did not result in any carcinogenic effects.

The studies were found to be adequate to fufill the purposes of this endpoint.
