Description of key information

The adsorption coefficient on soil (Koc) of tridecanedioic acid was determined using the HPLC method according to OECD guideline 121 (2001) and EU test method C.19 (2008). The results were:
log Koc = 2.1 (buffered at pH 3.0, i.e. undissociated)
log Koc = 1.9 (unbuffered, i.e. partially dissociated)
Blume scale: "very low" (Koc 1 - 100) to "low" (Koc 100-300)
