sediment toxicity: long-term
Data waiving:
study scientifically not necessary / other information available
Justification for data waiving:
Justification for type of information:
The substance toxicity to sediment is driven by the assessment of the individual constituents that are released from Fe3P. Iron and phosporus represent the relevant constituents that are released from Fe3P, ans solubility is below typical ambient concentration levels for for both essential elements. There are no indications that releseased species aare different from those that are naturally present in the environment at higher concentration levels. There is therefore no need to conduct sediment toxicity tests with Fe3P as test substance.
