Description of key information

Key value determined using QSAR assessed by fragmentation.  The dossier also contains data measured by EU Method A.8. and OECD guideline numbers 107 and 117 considered to be a limit value at the upper llmit of the range considered reliable for the assessment.

Assessed by fragmentation using the EPIWIN KOWWIN assessment based on Meylan and Howard (1995)

The HPLC method was applied for the determination of the partition coefficient (Pow) of 4,4’,4”-(1-methylpropanyl-3-ylidene)tris[6-tert-butyl-m-cresol].

 

The Pow and log Pow value of the main component of the test substance and one impurities present at > 1% at neutral pH was:
