Executive summary:

On compairing the available human data from all the various safety data sheet and C& L inventory it was found that 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid have a positive eye irritation effect based on the human data. Moreover the pH of the substance in obtained to be less then 3, which also confirms that the substance would be irritating to eyes due to its acidic nature. So, we consider this compliant to the C & L inventory for classification as eye irritation category 2.
