- Preparation of test solutions: The test substance was stirred in demineralized water for about 20 h at approximately 20 ± 2°C. The nominal concentration of the stock solution was 250,4 mg/2L. By diluting this stock solution with demineralized water the desired nominal concentrations were prepared.
