The results of the isothermal TGA analysis are given in Table 2.

Table 2: Results of the isothermal TGA analysis

Temperature   Weight loss (microg/min)        vT(g/cm2/h)         log vT

40 °C              64.36                                     7.68 × 10-3      -2.11

57.15                                     6.82 × 10-3      -2.17

50 °C              121.0                                     1.44 × 10-2      -1.84

119.5                                     1.43 × 10-2      -1.85

60 °C              230.0                                     2.75 × 10-2      -1.56

231.5                                     2.76 × 10-2      -1.56

The log vT of the test substance is plotted as a function of the reciprocal temperatures.

The coefficient of correlation (r) was > 0.99.

Extrapolation of the curve to 20 °C resulted in a value of -2.80 for the log vT, 20 of the test substance.

Fitting this value in the vapour pressure regression curve from the reference substances, a vapour pressure of 26.1 Pa = 0.196 mm Hg was obtained.

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the test substance at 20 °C is 26.1 Pa.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of the test substance was determined according to EU A.4 / OECD TG 104 by the effusion method (loss of weight). The vapour pressure of the test substance at 20 °C is 26.1 Pa.

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
26.1 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information
