Description of key information

The study is scientifically unjustified. In accordance with section 1 of REACH annex XI testing is not necessary as as DBPP is a stable organic chemical and is not expected to show instability when mixed with organic solvents. This is confirmed by ecotoxicological testing where DBPP is dissolved in a variety of organic solvens like octanol, dichloromethane, acetone or methylene chloride without problems.
