Description of key information

According to REACH Annex IX, 7.16, Column 2, the study does not need to be done if scientifically not possible. PFBE is a highly volatile liquid (vapour pressure 22kPa at 20°C) with low water solubility (15.6 mg/l) . In practice aqueous solutions are difficult to achieve, with the substance rapildy partitioning to air. Therefore it is not possible to measure a dissociation constant.
