Description of key information

No experimental data are available for long term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates. Nevertheless, two QSAR data are avaialble and in the applicability domain. The lowest chronic value obtain by QSAR is equal to 2.01 mg/L and considered as reliable. Indeed, the comparaison between the acute experimental data (30 mg/L) and the acute modelisation result (29.457 mg/L) obtains with the same QSAR model desmonstrate the same level of toxicity which confirm the reliability of the QSAR data. Therefore, the chronic value retained for this substance is 2.01 mg/L.
