As fatty acids are naturally stored in the form of triacylglycerols primarily within fat tissue until they are used for energy production (fat storage tactic), it is therefore considered that there willbeno risk to aquatic organisms from potential bioconcentration/biomagnification of fatty acids. Results for C18 di show a estimated BCF of 56.23 L/kg (Log BCF 1.75).
