Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The study was performed according to OECD guideline no. 202 (1984). The respective EC50 is 1.3 mg/L, the respective EC100 is > 5.8 mg/L based on nominal concentrations. The measured concentrations amounted to 98-108% of nominal.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute toxicity to invertebrates was assessed according to OECD guideline 202. In this 24-hour static toxicity test with Daphnia magna, the EC50 value was 1.3 mg/L (nominal concentration). The measured concentrations amounted to 98-108% of nominal. The substance was mixed with DMSO and dispersed in the test water, yielding a final vehicle concentration of 1101 mg/l at the highest test concentration. Due to the very low water solubility, it is assumed that the compound was not fully solubilized but at least partially present as a suspension.
