Description of key information

The substance is non-flammable, non-pyrophoric and does not produce flammable gases when in contact with water.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Flammability:
non flammable

Additional information

In a GLP study performed according to EU Method A.10 [CiToxLAB Hungary Ltd. (2013d)] the substance had a burning time of 330 seconds in the preliminary test. Based on this result the main test was not performed and the substance is considered to be non-flammable.

Experience in use shows that the substance does not ignite in contact with air.

Experience in use shows that the substance does not produce flammable gases when in contact with water.
