Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
The substance has not to be classified as flammable solid according to UN-transportation classification and EU-GHS/CLP
Executive summary:

The substance was tested for flammability according to VDI 2263 sheet 1. When using a flame as an ignition source only melting of the substnace was observed at room temperature. When using a hot platinum wire the substance ignited but after removal of the ignition source no further burning was noticed. The burning behaviour of the substance could be characterized with burning number 3 (local burning with only weak propargation of the flame at the maximum).

The determination of the burning rate was not required since there was no propargation of the flame.
